The ATWEN mentorship program will match a successful businesswoman with significant experience and success in the Asian commercial and business sectors to assist a like-minded Australian businesswoman expand their business.

The mentor program will help emerging Australian business women in their career advancement and business expansion. The mentor will assist the mentee achieve an objective determined prior to the commencement of the program. Possible ways of assistance include:

• Opening doors to new opportunities
• Giving access to professional networks
• Strengthening the mentee’s perceived areas of weakness

The program is run over a period of six months with monthly correspondence between the mentor and mentee.
